Katalin is an integral part of our team. She is efficient in Quickbooks and all Microsoft applications. As a Bookkeeper and payroll clerk since 2012, she has a wealth of knowledge in all things accounting.
Front DeskServes visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Maintains security and telecommunications system. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries. Other job duties include answering phones and emails, organizing files, and making copies.
